Working with us

Whether creating your logo design, website design or any of our other graphic design services, we strive to work with you as professionally and efficiently as possible on every project. So to give you a taste of what to expect on your design project, here’s the process.

We have two distinct methods of working. Firstly, our logo design, web design and commercial photography packages, which are designed for start-ups and businesses on a budget. Secondly, our project-based method for clients who want specific project work done, which is charged at our hourly rate.

Method 1 - Packages

Whether you want a Bronze, Silver or Gold package, our working methods are basically the same.

After you've contacted us with your requirements, we send you a briefing form to fill in, to get your project underway.
You’ll be expected to pay a 50% deposit on your chosen package, for which you can use a credit/debit card or Paypal.
We’ll then send you a schedule of the work to be carried out.
Then we’ll start your designs and send you first drafts as per the schedule (Logo design concepts, web design pages, photography proofs etc.) and then we’ll ring you to discuss.
You can choose the concept you feel most appropriate and you can then send us any amendments to this concept by email. If you are not happy with any of the initial concepts you can, at this stage ask us for some more ideas.
We do the amendments, and send back the next draft.
When you are happy we will send over final design proofs, and an approval document for you to sign.
Now will be the time to commit to printing/publishing etc.
The final balance of your bill will be payable before delivery of your printed material/final artworks.
Thereafter we will set you up with a 30 day credit account for all future orders.

Please note: to achieve these package prices we need to maintain a time-efficient working method, so packages do not include face-to-face meetings. If you require meetings, these will be subject to our hourly rate of £85 per hour, within the M25 catchment area.

Method 2 –Bespoke Graphic Design and Creative Projects

Many clients and established businesses like to work with us on a regular one-to-one basis for more involved projects such as brochures, complex large scale websites and comprehensive corporate identity schemes .

Our methodology for efficiency here is the same as for our packages, but firstly we provide a full quotation and a schedule based on our understanding of the extent of the project, and our standard hourly rate of £85 per hour.
